Tokyo Electron Singapore Pte. Ltd. partnered with Operational Excellence Consulting to enhance its problem-solving capabilities through three comprehensive 5 Whys Method workshops held on 25 July, 22 August and 26 September 2024. The workshops aimed to equip employees with tools to identify and address root causes of issues, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Led by Allan Ung, the training included hands-on activities and real-world case studies, underscoring Tokyo Electron Singapore’s commitment to operational excellence and innovation.

Singapore-based seafood supplier, Hai Sia Seafood Pte Ltd, collaborated with Operational Excellence Consulting to conduct a dynamic and insightful Customer Journey Mapping workshop on June 23, 2023. The workshop aimed to empower Hai Sia's employees to cultivate a customer-centric approach and enhance their understanding of customers' needs. Employees had the opportunity to acquire knowledge on customer journey mapping concepts, create design personas, develop effective journey maps, and ideate strategies to elevate the overall customer experience. These invaluable skills would enable Hai Sia to identify areas for improvement, streamline processes, and provide personalized service, ultimately boosting customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Cisco Launches Customer Journey Mapping Workshop to Enhance Customer Experience

Cisco Systems, Inc. is a U.S. multinational technology conglomerate headquartered in San Jose, California, in the center of Silicon Valley. Cisco develops, manufactures and sells networking hardware, telecommunications equipment and other high-technology services and products. To enhance customer experience for all its customers, partners, resellers and distributors, its Singapore subsidiary Cisco Systems (USA) Pte Ltd is interested in developing its logistics staff and delivery partner in Customer Journey Mapping capability. To this end, it has teamed up with Operational Excellence Consulting to train its employees on the customer journey mapping methodology. The training program involved participants working in teams to create a persona, map the "as is" customer journey, identify improvement opportunities and then redesign new experiences for the target customer.

To continually improve its service, safety and demonstrate operational excellence, the Alsco Singapore branch has decided to implement 5S as a company-wide initiative. The objective is to empower the various departments to implement the 5S process in their own work areas. To this end, the Alsco Singapore has partnered Operational Excellence Consulting to train a team of managers and supervisors on 5S implementation.
